About Nicolas Ochoa Morales

My name is Nicolas Ochoa Morales and it is my pleasure to welcome you! I grew up primarily in Lindenwold, South Jersey; if you’re familiar with Del Buono’s Bakery or Jack’s Donuts on the White Horse Pike, then 2 blocks away. I was still in High School when the pandemic hit; I saw a lot of families lose their relatives, jobs, or homes. This is one of the main reasons why I wanted to break into the real estate business! I wanted to help my community succeed, thrive and prosper.
